"I wish for my father to come back"- Lloyd making his birthday wish.

No Such Thing as "Fair" is the 31st episode of A different interpretation Ninjago: Master of Spinjitzu


Today is Lloyd's birthday! The Ninja make him a cake and tell him to "make a wish" and he wishes to see his father again. Dan then shows him something a new Mecha! Dan tells him it's the "BullRobo" to give them more power. And Dan lets Lloyd press the "start" button, which is a big red button marked "start".

Then the BullRobo launches. But it rampages! The Ninja head out in the the MaxNinjaRobo to try and calm the BullRobo. But fail. Then Garmadon appears with the MaxusRobo to try and take the BullRobo, but then the BullRobo turns into the WarriorBullRobo, giving it a more humanoid look. As he fights the two Robos, but it runs out of power. Garmadon retreats, due to exhaustion.

Kai asks why Dan didn't just go in the cockpit to stop the BullRobo, but Dan reveals that the BullRobo is AI controlled. Dan begins modifications to the BullRobo with Cassie's help. They end up trying to start it again, but it rampages and arrives at the Golden Peaks, but the Ninja try to stop the robo. They group falls but someone enters the WarriorBullRobo and saves the Ninja.

The two Robos combine to the MaxusNinjaRobo. They manage to stop Garmadon. And they see the person who helped them is none other then Sensei Wu! Who simply says "Happy Birthday" to his son and they hug.



  • This is the first episode of Season 3.
  • This is the first appearance of Sensei Wu after the end of the Season 1.
  • Garmadon begins to undergo a transformation starting in this episode.
